New Teen Nightclub to Open in Pigeon Forge

According to WATE of Knoxville, a new teen nightclub is slated to open in Pigeon Forge on Friday at 6 p.m.

The club is called Pure Energy. It’s 25,000-square feet and can hold up to 1,900 teens. The club will include a dance floor, a spot for DJs, and a food stand.

According to the club’s manager, John Scott, the purpose of the club is to provide a safe venue for teens. To that end, the only beverages served will be soda and water.

Pure Energy is using the former Spin City USA Skate Center location, at 2891 Parkway in Pigeon Forge (traffic light #4).

The entrance fee will be $10. The club will be open on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings.
