According to The Knoxville News Sentinel, there’s a new pie shop in Pigeon Forge. It’s called The Blond Giraffe Key Lime Pie Factory.
The new shop is located in the Exxon Zoomerz station beside the Food Lion on the Parkway, and is owned by Roberto Madeira and Tania Beguinati.
The shop was originally in Key West, Fla., where it was voted the best Key Lime Pie in Florida for eight straight years by Florida Monthly Magazine.
The owners chose to move to Pigeon Forge with the hope of expanding the company by entering into franchise agreements and selling their products through wholesalers.
The Blond Giraffe Key Lime Pie Factory sells more than just pie. It also specializes in Key Lime Pie Cookies, Key Lime Pie on a Stick, and Rum Cake.
